Agency undertook a Phase I and Phase If hazardous materials investigation. On
March 2, 1999 the Redevelopment Agency Governing Board authorized execution
of a consulting services agreement with Subsurface Consultants, Inc. (SCI).
This amendment will enable SCI to provide services, consultation and ongoing soil

Department is working with the Redevelopment Agency and SCI in overseeing the
cleanup program, which will be undertaken by the property seller prior to the
Redevelopment Agency purchasing the property.
