SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map for Sub 8348,Dougherty Valley area.
The following document was presented for Board approval this date:
The Final Map of Sub 8348,property located in the Dougherty Valley area, said map having
been certified by the proper officials;
The Public Works Director is hereby reporting that the subdivision agreement for
Subdivision 8027 is guaranteeing the completion of all improvements for this subdivision and was
approved by the Board of Supervisors on March 3, 1998. Therefore an additional subdivision
agreement, along with the accompanying surety bond and cash deposit, is not required for
Subdivision 8348.
Said documents were accompanied by:
I. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes
heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1999-2000 tax
lien has been paid in full and that the 2000-2001 tax lien,which became a lien on the
first day of January 2000 is estimated to be$45,400.00:
IL Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County
Ordinance Code, in the form of a surety bond, No. 929113237 issued by National
Fire Insurance Company of Hartford with Shapell Industries of No. California, as
principal, in the amount of$45,400.00 guaranteeing the payment of the estimated
tax;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision,together with the provisions
for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and
specific plans;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED.

The Public Works Director having recommended that he be authorized to execute the 2°d
Subdivision Agreement extension which extends the subdivision agreement between Suncrest
Homes Number Four,LLC,and the County for construction of certain improvements in Subdivision
7154, Alamo area,through November 4, 2000;
♦ APPROXIMATE PERCENTAGE OF WORK COMPLETE: 97%
♦ ANTICIPATED DATE OF COMPLETION: May 15, 2000
♦ REASON FOR EXTENSION: During the installation of these improvements,we have
experienced many weather delays.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public Works Director
is APPROVED.
