111. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
The graffiti hotline was installed in early ,dune. Several issues surfaced as this graffiti hotline went
into action. The issues involves hove the hotline is set up, how graffiti on private properties will
be abated, the process to abate graffiti on public properties, how calls are being routed, and the
overall monitoring of the program. The Internal Operations Committee is well suited to work with
the cities and the County departments to refine the process and to oversee the implementation
of the program.
