REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION B BACKGROUND Provide for the use of warehouse space, as requested by the Social Service Department. The CEQA Class 1(a) Categorical Exemption finding is based on the minor alterations of the space to accommodate occupancy by the Social Service Department.
