ETSCIMPACT This Amendment gill increase the Contract Payment Limit by $8, 892 from $148 , 2010 to a new Contract 'dotal. Payment Limit of $157,092 . Funding for this contract is included in the Department ' s Enterprise 1 Budget, and as appropriate, patients and third-party payors W41.1 be billed for Contractor' s services. Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers Due to the mutual mistake of the parties, the Contract did not accurately reflect the oral agreement between parties, which was that the Contractor would receive a negotiated increasein his monthly rate, effective April 11 , 1999 . Approval of this Contract Amendment Agreement #26-300-3 will reform the Contrast., to make the formal. Contract consistent with the oral agreement, and allow the Contractor to continue providing services through March 31, 2000 .
