Construction activities were expected to begin on May 10, 1999 and the Consulting Services Agreement is due to expire on December 31, 1999. Nolte Assoctiates, inc. was awarded the contract from a field of ten consulting firms. IV. At the 0.55 mile area,the concrete retaining wall will be extended approximately 5.7 meters(19 feet)to the south.
