RECOMMENDATION APPROVE a Lease, commencing July 1, 1999, with Josephine Neruth-Nation for the premises at 835 Castro Street, Martinez, for occupancy by the Clerk-Recorder, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease on behalf of the County. DETERMINE that the above project has a Class 1 a Categorical Exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act. DIRECT the Director of Community Development Department to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. DIRECT the Director of General Services to arrange for payment of the $25.00 handling fee to the County clerk for filing of the Notice of Exemption and a $25.00 handling fee to Community Development for administrative and processing costs. If. FINANCIAL IMPACT Payments required are to come from the budget of the Clerk-Recorder. 111.
