RECOMMENDATION Board of Supervisors to EXERCISE, on behalf of the County, its option to extend the Lease, dated April 16, 1995, as amended November 1, 1998 with TSPS Partnership for the premises at 2555 El Portal Drive, San Pablo, for continued occupancy by the Probation Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease Option. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT Payments required are to come from the budget of the General Services Department.
