AUTHORIZE the Principal Real Property Agent to sign said claim forms on behalf of the County. C. AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue a check in the amount of$37,196.45 payable to Tracy Scott; 2121 Monostory Court, Pittsburg, CA., 94565, to be forwarded to the deal Property Division for delivery. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: Tracy Scott rented the property located at 2100 Paige Court in the Pittsburg area. The property was required for the State Route 4 East project, A rental assistance payment is part of her relocation entitlement required by Government Code Section 7620, et. Seq. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: The County would not be in compliance with State and Federal law.
