The National Highway 'Traffic Safety Administration states that

to protect individuals after that is severely limited.
Under Contract #22--720, the California Emergency Nurses Association
will develop and implement a training program for the "Operation
Replace Me" Project, including, but not limited to, , education to law
enforcement agencies, other motor vehicle crash first-responders,
and the general public, through September 30, 2000.
