HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04271999 - C16 ORDINANCE NO. 99-z-14 (Senior Financial Counsel--Exempt) The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors ordains as follows (omitting the parenthetical footnotes from the official text of the enacted or amended provisions of the County Ordinance Code): ;$E T,I_QN L Section 33-5.410 of the County Ordinance Code is amended to create the exempt class of Senior Financial Counsel--Exempt to read: 33.5.410 GojurV Counsel. The following classes in the County Counsel's Office are excluded and appointed or designated by the County Counsel: (a) Assistant County Counsel--Exempt (b) One Chief Assistant County Counsel—Exempt (who shall be an Assistant County Counse -Exempt or Assistant County Counsel (non-exempt) as designated by the County Counsel to serve as Chief Assistant. (c) One Senior Financial Counsel­-Exempt. (Ords. gra- 14 , 98-18) Sectionn.11,, The class of Senior Financial Counsel—Exempt created by this ordinance shall be abolished effective December 31, 2004 unless sooner terminated by amendment.
