The land is zoned for single medium land use. We have a tentative map for an eighteen-house subdivision. At this time we would like to request a(general Plan amendment and rezoning of the property to a designation that would support up to 150 congregate care units on the site. As indicated to us,our project has a good chance of being discussed in the board meeting in January. Assuming this is correct, please keep us informed of the results of the meeting and let us know what our next steps should be. Feel free to contact myself at 925-935-3200 or Jim Bones at 925-631-1091 should you have any questions. We look forward to working with you. Respectfully, John P. Campagrfa Spanish Trails,LLC
