APPROVE the acceptance of Contract work performed by Randazzo Enterprises, Inc. for the demolition of the I-Ward and J-Ward buildings at the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center, Martinez, Budget Line Item No. 6971-4538, Authorization No 0927-WH5 8B. 2. AUTHORIZE the Clerk to file with the County Recorder a copy of this Resolution and Notice as a Notice of Completion for said contract. FINANCIAL DR CT: Funds in the Capital account established for the project are sufficient to Cover the amount encumbered by said contract. BACK GR(3L'NVD. The County of Contra Costa on February 10, 1999, contracted with Randazzo Enterprises Inc. for the demolition of the I-Ward and J-Ward buildings at the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center, Martinez, Budget Line Item No. 5971-4588, Authorization No 0927-WH538B, with Merchants Bonding Company as surety, for work to be performed at the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center site. The County Administrator reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans and specifications, and recommends its acceptance as substantially complete as of April 2, 1999.
