IT IS BY THE HOARD RESOLVED that said plans and specifications are hereby APPROVED. Bids for this work will be received on May 27, 1999 at 2:00 p.m., and the Clerk of this Board is directed to publish a Notice to Contractors in accordance with Section 22037 of the Public Contract Code, inviting bids for said work, said Notice to be published in THE CONTRA COSTA TIMES_ . The Director of General Services is directed to mail notices to the construction trade journals specified in Section 22036 of the Public Contract Code at least 30 days before the date of opening the bids.
