The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: I. Map The Final Map of Subdivision 8131,property located in the Dougherty Valley area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; II. Subdivision Agreement A subdivision agreement with Shapell Industries of Northern California, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said subdivision agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Accompanying said subdivision agreement is security guaranteeing completion of said improvements as follows: A. The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 8044 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Melody Lane LLC heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. NOW'THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of February 3, 1999, thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY August 11, 1998 Frontier Pacific Insurance Company BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the payment (labor and materials) surety for $22,000.00, Bond No. SD 00031932 issued by the above surety be RETAINED for the six month lien guarantee period until September 23, 1999,at which time the Clerk of the Board is AUTHORIZED to release the surety less the amount of any claims on file. Section 2121 of the Streets and Highways Code provided that in May of each year, each county shall submit to the State Department of Transportation any additions or exclusions from its mileage of maintained county roads, specifying the terminuses and mileage of each route added or excluded; and The State Department of Transportation certified to the State Controller on October 31, 1998, that the total mileage of maintained county reads in Contra Costa County was 738.43. The County now finds that the total mileage of maintained county roads as of December 31, 1998, is 737.09 miles. The mileage distribution by Supervisorial District is: Dist. I Dist. II Dist.
