HEAR and CONSIDER all objections or protests, if any, to the tentative report filed by the Public Works Director with the Clerk of the Board, said report containing a description of each parcel of real property receiving water service within said County Service Area and the amount of the charge against each parcel for Fiscal Year 1998-99; and B. CONFIRM the tentative report without revision, DECLARE that the tentative report shall constitute the final report, and CONFIRM the final report as presented; and C. FIX the annual charge for water service in County Service Area M-26 at $490. 00 per parcel for Fiscal Year 1998-99, as set forth in the final report; and D. Pursuant to Section 2 of Ordinance No. 97-18 and Sections 1.01.2-2. 614 and 1.01.2-2 .616 of the County Ordinance Code, COLLECT the annual water service charges on the tax roll; and. E. DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to file certified copies of the final report and this Resolution with the County Auditor- Controller in accordance with the provisions of Section 1012- 2 .612 of the County Ordinance Code and Government Code Section 25210. 77a; and F. Water service in County Service Area M-26 is funded entirely by annual water service charges. The Board set July 14, 1998, at 11:40 a.m. , in the Beard Chambers, as the time and place for a public hearing on the tentative report (Preliminary Engineer's Report) filed by the Public Works Director. All required hearing notices have been given. The proposed annual water service charges are needed to fund and maintain mater service within the County .Service Area. The County Service area would have to reduce or eliminate grater service or raise the necessary revenue by other means.
