1. RECOMMENQATQN
AUTHORIZE the County Auditor-Controller to pay a rent of$621.00 per month during the month
to month holdover period commencing July 1, 1998, for the premises at 724 Third Street,
Brentwood for continued occupancy by the Agriculture and Probation Departments otherwise under
the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in the Lease for said premises dated July 1,
1997.
11. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the General Services Department.
Ill. REASQNS FQR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
Provide for continued use of office space as requested by the Agriculture and Probation
Departments.
