EINANCIAL. 114+IPACT The amendment will save the General Services Department approximately $74,400 in rent over a five year period. III. REASONS EOR REC MMENDATIONS/ BACK ROUND The Second Amendment to Lease will extend the existing term and provide a savings in rent over the existing Lease.
