I. RECOM_MENDA ON: Board of Supervisors to EXERCISE on behalf of the County, its first option
to extend the term of the Lease with Independent Printing Company, Inc.', for the premises at 325
Harbour Way, Richmond, commencing July 1, 1998, for continued occupancy by the Social Service
Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease.
11. EINANCIAL IINIMT: Payments required are to come from the budget of the Social Service
Department.
