This program allows the County to review and make corrections and additions to the Census Bureau's maps and address list of Contra Costa County. Participation in this program will help insure a complete census count for the County. The Census Bureau has stipulated that direction to participate in the LUCA program must be authorized by the highest elected official(s) in the County. The forms that will be sent to the Census Bureau are shown as Exhibit A.
