SUBJECT: Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code, Declaring Parking
to be Prohibited on the south side of LA PALOMA ROAD (Road No.1375A),
EI Sobrante.
The Contra Costa Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that:
On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and recommendations thereon by the
County Public Works 'Departments Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County
Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 -46-2.012, the following traffic regulation is established
(and other action taken as indicated):
Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code parking is hereby
declared to be prohibited at all times on the south side of La Paloma Road
(# 1375A) EI Sobrante, beginning at a point 150 feet west of the west curb
line of Appian Way and extending westerly a distance of 20 feet

The Public Works Director having recommended that he be authorized to execute the 2"
agreement extension which extends the subdivision agreement between Centex Homes and the
County for construction of certain improvements for SUB 7908,Byron area,through April 16, 1999;

APPROXIMATE PERCENTAGE OF WORK COMPLETE: 85%
• ANTICIPATED DATE OF COMPLETION: Fall 1998
• REASON FOR EXTENSION: Weather related delays

SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Road Improvement Agreement along Reliez Valley
Road and Hidden pond Road (x-ref. SUB 7151 and SUB 7820), Pleasant Hill area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improvements along Reliez
Valley Road and Hidden Pond Road have been completed as provided in the Road Improvement
Agreement with Davidon Homes heretofore approved by this Board,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of June 2, 1998,thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case
of action under said Road Improvement Agreement:

No. 11119365655 issued by the above surety be RETAINED for the six month lien guarantee period

less the amount of any claims on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVER that the widening of Reliez Valley Road and Hidden Pond
Road is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County road;the right of way was conveyed by
separate instrument,recorded on September 17, 1996, Series 96-173992.

1996) made by-Davidon Homes and the performance/maintenance surety for $23,300, Bond No.
11119365655 issued by the above surety be RETAINED pursuant to the requirements of Section
94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code until released by this Board.

SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit for Faithful
:Performance, Minor Subdivision 67-90, Lafayette area.
On August 6, 1996,this Board resolved that the improvements in Minor Subdivision 67-90
were completed as provided in the subdivision agreement with Cono DeLillo and now on the
recommendation of the Public Works Director;
The Board hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily met the guaranteed
performance standards for one year after completion and acceptance; and IT IS BY THE BOARD
ORDERED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to:
• Refund the$2,790 cash deposit(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 270855, dated December 13,
1995)plus interest to Cono DeLillo in accordance with Government Code Section 53079,
if appropriate, and Ordinance Code Section 94-4.406 and the subdivision agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IS RESOLVED that the warranty period has been completed and
the subdivision agreement and surety bond are exonerated.
