Location: The project is located on Stone Valley Road Between Cole Court and Green Valley Road in the central county area of Alamo (Figures 1-3). 2. Road surface treatments maintain the structural integrity of the roadway and include features such as repairing roadway base failures, sealing cracks where necessary, installing shoulder backing, and applying an overlay material to the road surface. The length of the project is approximately 4,200 linear feet and will include pavement striping. Stone Valley Road is a commuter route so the contractor will be instructed to work only during non-commute hours so as not to interrupt the flow of traffic, and will phase the work if necessary to minimize disruption to motorists. 3.
