SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATIONS)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
1. RECOMMENQED ACTION
APPROVE a Lease amendment commencing April 1, 1998, with Earl D. Dunivan and Joanne
Dunivan, for the premises at 822-826 Main Street, Martinez, California, under the terms and
conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease amendment, and AUTHORIZE the Director of
General Services to EXECUTE said Lease amendment on behalf of the County.
11. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are in the budgets of the General Services Department, the Recorder's office,
and the Health Services Department.
Ill. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS / BACKGROUND
This amendment will provide for the continued occupancy of the Clerk-Recorder and the Health
Services Department and will stabilize the rent for the next five years.
