!, RMCONIIND-EDTION: APPROVE a Revenue Lease extension, commencing March
1, 1995 with Montroy Supply Company, Inc, for the premises at 20347 "D"Arnold Industrial
Way, Concord, for occupancy under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in
said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease on
behalf of the County.
11. FINANCL& PACT: This Lease will provide annual revenue of approximately $51,000
for the budget of the Health Services Department.
