SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATtON(S)a BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
1. RECOMMENDED?ACTION
APPROVE a Rental Agreement Amendment with David Auyang for the premises at 1420 Livorna
Road, Alamo, California, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Rental
Agreement Amendment, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said
Rental Agreement Amendment on behalf of the County.
11. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Revenues received are credited to the Flood Control District, Zone 3B-7520. During the San Ramon
Creep construction, the rent will be decreased.

The Amendment is necessary to add a construction indemnity clause to the rental agreement and
decrease the rents for inconvenience to the tenant during the San Ramon Creek construction.
