IT IS BOARD ORDERED that the Canvass of Votes cast in the June 1, 1997, Special District

California, do hereby certify that I did canvass the returns of the vote cast at the
June 3, 1997 Special District Election. I further certify that the statement of the
vote cast, to which this certificate is attached, shows the whole number of votes
cast in said County, and the whole number of votes cast for and against the
measures in said County and in each respective precincts therein, and that the
totals of the respective columns and the totals as shown for and against the
measures are full, true and correct.
