HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06171997 - C10 CA THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on June 17, 1997 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Uilkema, Gerber, Canciamilla, DeSaulnier NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit without the need for a Drainage Improvement Agreement for LUP 2036-92 (APN 051-052- 062), Oakley area. On January 23, 1996,this Board resolved that the improvements were completed without the need for a Drainage Improvement Agreement with Bridgehead Center Partnership, and now on the recommendation of the Public Works Director; The Board hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily met the guaranteed performance standards following completion and acceptance; and IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the$15,300 cash deposit(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 234568, dated November 18, 1993) plus interest in accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, less $5,334.81 (to be paid to the Public Works Department to cover balance due on inspection charges) _ $9,965.19 to Bridgehead Center Partnership, pursuant to Ordinance Code Section 94-4.406.
