FISCAL IMPACT None. BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS The Board of Supervisors on January 21, 1997 continued this matter for sixty (60) days at the applicant' s request. The request was made to allow the applicant the opportunity to gather information. On March 25, 1997, the applicant requested an additional thirty (30) days to continue gathering information. Furthermore, on April 30, 1997 the applicant requested an additiona'1 30 days to continue gathering information.
