SUBJECT: Vacation of a Portion of Brookside Drive W.O. 4059 North Richmond Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This summary vacation of an excess right of way of a street or highway no longer required for street or highway purposes, is made pursuant to Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4 of the Streets and Highways Code, commencing with Section 8330, et. seq. A description of the portion to be vacated is described in Exhibit"A"and shown on Exhibit"B" attached hereto and is located in the North Richmond area. This vacation request is based on the fact that the street or highway has been superseded by relocation (S. & H. Code Section 8330). This vacation request is part of a larger project for which an EIR was prepared and approved by the Board. The project has been determined to conform to the County's General Plan. RESOLUTION NO. 97/ Vacation of a Portion of Brookside Drive � North Richmond Area May 6, 1997 Page Two This Board declares that the hereinabove described proposed vacation area is HEREBY ORDERED VACATED subject to any reservation and exception described in attached Exhibit "A".
