Recommended Action: A. APPROVE the Relocation Assistance Claim from Manuel and Carma Dutra for a incidental expense payment in the amount of$8,340.07. B. AUTHORIZE the Executive Director or his designee, to execute said claim form on behalf of the Agency. C. AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue a check in the amount of $8,340.07 payable to Manuel and Carma Dutra, 1461 W. Cypress Road, Oakley, CA., 94561, to be forwarded to the Real Pr erty Division for delivery. Financial Impact: Payment of$8,340.07 from Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency funds. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: On January 21, 1997, the Board approved the purchase of the Dutra property at 3540 Main Street in Oakley in connection with the Old Town Redevelopment Project. This payment is part of the relocation entitlement required by Government Code §7260, et. seq. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: Agency will not be in compliance with State and Federal law.
