As requested by Supervisor Gerber,the Board hereby ENDORSES the letter of William B.Walker, M.D., Health Services Director, sent to all Alameda and Contra Costa Health Care providers requesting a 90 day moratorium on changes to emergency room and intensive care facilities. hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
