SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
L Recommended Action:
A. Eliminate the "Proposed Slope Easement" across parcels "A" & "B" as shown on minor
subdivision MS 95-68 filed December 12, 1968 in Book 6 of Parcel Maps at page 27,
Contra Costa County, California.
B. The Real Property Division is ORDERED to record a certified copy of this Board Order in
the Office of the County Recorder.
II. Financiallmpact:
No costs involved.

111. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
The proposed slope easement was originally required for Livorna Heights Road and Livorna
Road. After the Livorna Heights Road realignment project was completed, the need for the slope
easement across the above described parcels was eliminated.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
The above-referenced parcels would have unnecessary encumbrances remaining on the
properties.
