RECOMMENDED`ACTION APPROVE a Revenue Lease, commencing January 1, 1996, to Ujima Family Recovery Services for the premises at 3939 Bissell Avenue, Richmond, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services I to EXECUTE said Lease on behalf of the County. 11. FINANCIAL IMPACT This lease will provide revenue to the County in the amount of$6,000.00 per year. The term is five years with a 60-day cancellation provision for Lessee. III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND Provide for use of office space by Ujima Family Recovery Services as requested by the Health Services Department.
