DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
The undersigned, as owners of the property described as follows:
Parcels A, B, C and D, as shown on the map entitled Subdivision MS 48-88, filed ,
in Parcel Map Book , Page , Contra Costa County Records.
notifies all persons and/or entities acquiring an interest in said property that the following conditions
and/or restrictions may exist on said property. Compliance with said restrictions and/or conditions are
the responsibility of all future owners, successors and heirs, hereinafter referred to as "owner":
1. That you have purchased land in an agricultural area where you may regularly find farm
equipment using local roads, farm equipment causing dust, crop dusting and spraying
occurring regularly, burning associated with agricultural activity, noise associated with farm
equipment and aerial crop dusting, and certain animals and flies may exist on surrounding
properties. This is, again, notification that this is part of the agricultural way of life in East
Contra Costa County and you should be fully aware of this at the time of purchase.
2. East Contra Costa Irrigation District (District)hereby notifies all persons and entities acquiring
interest in the property subdivided on this map that agricultural water service may or may not
be made available to the lots being subdivided; that water service by the District is subject to
proper application being made, the rules and regulations of District, and proper application
being made, the rules and regulations of District, and such conditions as may be established
by the Board of Directors of District from time to time, that all service facilities, laterals, and
access for service approved by District, is at lot owner's sole cost and expense.
3. To provide for future roadways, future building permits on Parcels A, B, C, and D shall be
subject to an additional structure setback taken from the "Setback Line" shown on Exhibit A
(attached).
4. A Soils Reconnaissance Report prepared by Purcell, Rhoades &Associates dated March 3,
1989, is on file for public review in the Community Development Department of Contra Costa
County. Recommendations and limitations outlined in this report should be noted prior to
construction of future improvements and buildings.
5. The following conditions and restrictions of the Contra Costa Fire Protection District shall
apply:
a. The owner shall provide an adequate and reliable water supply for fire protection
as required by the Uniform Fire Code and in accordance with the Fire District's
rural water supply requirements. Provided that at this time the property is not
developed, as indicated on the application and plans submitted to the District for
review, no additional water supply or access roadways will be required.

b. Prior to issuance of building permits for construction, the owner shall submit two
complete sets of plans and specifications of the subject project, including any
required built-in fire protection systems, to the Fire District for review and
approval to insure compliance with minimum requirements related to fire and life
safety. [1.206 UFC]
C. The owner shall post addresses in such a manner as to be plainly visible and
legible from the street or road fronting the property in accordance with County
standards. [10.208 UFC]
d. All open spaces, when left in their natural state, shall meet the Fire District's
weed abatement standards. [87.104 UFC]
This Disclosure Statement shall be attached to and run with the deeds to each lot of the herein
described real property.

Documents should be signed by two officers,one from each of the following two groups:
