Phil Batchelor '3: " = 5th District County Administrator May 31, 1996 Mr. Doug Crosby, President Technical Data Corporation 1900 Powell Street, Suite i 170 Emeryville, CA 94608 Dear Mr. Crosby- As you know, the Advisory Council and County staff have been concerned about the quality and content of the reports from Technical Data Corporation (TDC) in recent months. Unfortunately, the relationship regarding these matters has deteriorated rather than improved. After discussion with the Advisory Council chair and Affirmative Action Officer, they recommend and I concur that it would be in the mutual best interest of the County and TDC to terminate the contract effective June 30, 1996. Your contract requires thirty-day advance written notice and that notice is given by this letter. I want to thank you for the assistance given to our County for the past five months. In the next 30 days, we would appreciate a close-out report from TDC as of June 1, 1996, based on your analysis of May data. If you have any questions, please contact me.
