REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND: The project involves the sale of excess property. The Resolution of Intention to sell the property will occur at a later date. The project has been determined to be in compliance witht the General Plan and is exempt from CEQA because it consists of the sale of surplus property in accordance with Section 15312 of the CEQA Guidelines. The property is not located in an area of statewide, regional, or areawide concern as described in Section 15206 (b) (4). IV.
