APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Director of Public Works to sign a contract between the Redevelopment Agency and Contra Costa County- for funding of the installation 'of sidewalks and curb ramps where needed in the area generally southeast of Main Street and O' Hara Avenue in the Oakley area. FISCAL IMPACT No General Fund monies are involved. The total estimated contract amount is $275, 000 and will come from the Oakley Redevelopment Project Area capital portion of the tax increment and bond proceeds funds . This project consists of the installation of sidewalk in areas where no sidewalk presently exists, repair hazardous areas, and install curb ramps where needed in the Oakley Redevelopment Project Area. The area affected is bounded by Main , Street on the north, Fifth Street on the east, Home Street on the south, and O' Hara Avenue on the west .
