AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Bishop, DeSaulnier, Torlakson, Smith

RESOLUTION NO. 96/ 272
SUBJECT: ADDING AND CANCELLING )
VARIOUS POSITIONS IN THE )
CROCKETT-CARQUINEZ FIRE )
PROTECTION DISTRICT )
Effective January 1, 1988, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 88/75
which established continuing policy for review and adjustment of pay rates
and position titles for employees in the various County Volunteer Fire
Districts; and
The Crockett-Carquinez Fire Protection District Fire Chief having requested
the addition and filling of new position titles, the cost of which will be
offset by the cancellation of three vacant positions; and
The County Administrator having recommended the requested additions and
cancellations; and
The Board of Supervisors having thoroughly considered that request; NOW
THEREFORE
The Contra Costa Board of Supervisors in its capacity as governing Board of
the County of Contra Costa and all districts of where it is the ex-officio
governing Board; Resolves That:
The position titles and rates of pay for the Crockett-Carquinez Fire
Protection District are as follows effective June 1, 1996 :

Administrative Assistant 50
Fire Alarm Electrician 175
Janitor (Station 77 ) 75

Firefighter 9 . 00 per hour
