Hook, et al, to extend occupancy of the north half of the Hookston Station property. FISCAL IMPACT Agency will receive revenue of approximately $3,700 per month. BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS When the North Hookston Station property was purchased in 1986, the purchase price was offset by a lease-back agreement to the sellers for ten (10) years, without payment of any rent. This amendment to said lease provides for the lessee to begin paying a monthly rental to the Agency.
