Code § 25526.5) SUBJECT: Exchange of Surplus Real Property Project No. 4660-6X4013 Oakley Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, RESOLVES THAT: The County acquired certain real property on May 15, 1987, in the Oakley area for road purposes. A portion of said parcel is DETERMINED to be surplus and no longer necessary for County or other public purposes and its estimated value does not exceed $10,000.00. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the exchange of said property to NORMAN T. MIGUEL, a married man, as his sole and separate property; ANTHONY T. MIGUEL and MARJORIE E. MIGUEL, Trustees of the Miguel Family Trust UTA dated August 19, 1992; DAVID R.
