SUBJECT: Exchange of Surplus Real Property
Project No. 4660-6X4013
Oakley Area
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, RESOLVES THAT:
The County acquired certain real property on May 15, 1987, in the Oakley area for
road purposes. A portion of said parcel is DETERMINED to be surplus and no longer
necessary for County or other public purposes and its estimated value does not exceed
$10,000.00.
This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the exchange of said property
to NORMAN T. MIGUEL, a married man, as his sole and separate property; ANTHONY
T. MIGUEL and MARJORIE E. MIGUEL, Trustees of the Miguel Family Trust UTA dated
August 19, 1992; DAVID R. FISCHER, LTD., a California Corporation, pursuant to
Government Code Section 25526.5 and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to
execute a Grant Deed on behalf of the County in consideration for real property of equal
value that is necessary for road purposes.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause the Grant Deed to be delivered
to the grantee.

PARCEL 1: Fee Title
Real property in an unincorporated area of Contra Costa County, California, being a portion of the
southeast quarter of Section 23, Township 2 North, Range 2 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, being
a portion of that parcel of land described in the Grant Deed to Contra Costa County, recorded May
15, 1987, in Book 13646 of Official Records at page 720, records of said County, described as
follows:
Commencing at a point on the south line of said Section 23, said point being in the Center of State
Highway 4 and bears south 89007'02" east 765.55 feet from the south1/4 corner of said Section;
thence along the west line of said Contra Costa County parcel (13646 O.R. 720) north 0052'58"
east 212.37 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence, from the Point of Beginning, continuing along
the west line of said C.C.Co. parcel, north 0052'58"east 47.62 feet to the northwest corner of said
C:C.Co. parcel; thence, along the north line of said C.C.Co. parcel, south 89007'02"east 83.99 feet
to the northeast comer of said C.C.Co. parcel; thence, along the east line of said C.C.Co. parcel,
south 0052'58"west 47.62 feet to a point on a line which is parallel with and 212.37 feet northerly
(measured at right angles) of the south line of said Section 23; thence, along said parallel line,
north 89007'02" west 83.99 feet to the Pont of Beginning.
Containing an area of 4,000 square feet of land, more or less.
Bearings and distances are based on the California Coordinate System Zone III (CCS27). Multiply
given distances by 1.00006296 to obtain ground distances.
This real property description has been prepared by me or under my direction, in conformance with
the Professional Land Surveyors Act.
