DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
The undersigned, as owner of the property described as follows:
Lots 1 through 7, inclusive, as shown on the Final Map for Subdivision 6999, filed
in Book of Maps, Page , Contra Costa County
Records
notifies all persons and/or entities acquiring an interest in said property that the following conditions
and/or restrictions may exist on said property. Compliance with said restrictions and/or conditions are
the responsibility of all future owners, successors and heirs, hereinafter referred to as 'owner":
1. If archaeologic materials are uncovered during grading, trenching or other excavation,
earthwork within 30 yards of these materials shall be stopped until a professional
archaeologist who is certified by the Society of California Archaeology (SCA), and/or the
Society of Professional Archaeology (SOPA) has had an opportunity to evaluate the
significance of the find and suggest appropriate mitigation measures, if they are deemed
necessary.
2. In accordance with Condition of Approval 4.A.1. of the subject subdivision the owners of Lots 2
and 7 shall observe an additional thirty foot structure setback over and above the normal
setback required under the County Zoning Ordinance from the existing and widened right of
way of Bear Creek Road as shown on the attached "Exhibit A". The widened right of way
refers to that area designated on said Final Map as Bear Creek Road Widening.
This Disclosure Statement shall be attached to and run with the deeds to each lot of the herein
described real property.
