SPECIFIC REQUEST (S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS (S). & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
RECOMMENDATIONS
Authorize the Deputy Director, Redevelopment or his designee to
execute contracts with various organizations for use of the Keller
Canyon Landfill Community Assistance Trust Fund.
FISCAL IMPACT
No General Funds are involved. Funds for these contracts have been
appropriated.
BACKGROUND / REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS
On February 27, 1996, the Board of Supervisors approved allocation
of Keller Canyon Landfill Community Assistance Trust Fund as follows :
