NO`W, WE%EFOW, BE IT 4MSOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County does here6y proclaim Sunday, Kay S, 1996, as "Cinco de Wayo . Day" in Contra Costa County to honor and recognize the courage of the We*an people and the We.Vcan Nationa(Army as displayed 6y their valiant defense of their country; BEIT Fv 'r lER XSOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors invites the citizens of Contra Costa County to join in the observance and cele6ration of Cinco de Mayo.
