The Board reviewed and approved the original project on March 1, 1994 and found, on the basis
of the initial study and all comments received, that there is no substantial evidence that the
original project would have had a significant effect on the environment and adopted the Negative
Declaration in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act. A Notice of
Determination was filed with the County Clerk on March 2, 1994.
Subsequently, the original project was modified.
Minor and technical changes to the original project were identified, and an Addendum to the
previously adopted Negative Declaration (March 1, 1994) was prepared and approved by the
Board of Supervisors on February 27, 1996. A Notice of Determination was filed with the County
Clerk on March 19, 1996.
IV. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If the project is not approved for advertising, it will not be constructed.
