Our Committee, at our meeting on April 1, 1996, met with all three gentlemen. We are satisfied that all three gentlemen have done an outstanding job on the Retirement Board and deserve to be reappointed, particularly in the case of Mr. Lee, who has only been on the Board since September of 1994. As a result, we are recommending that Mr. Koenig, Mr. Fleming and Mr. Lee be reappointed for a full four year term. -2-
