(BOB) ANDREWS ON THE ] OCCASION OF HIS RETIREMENT ] FROM SHELL OIL COMPANY ] Resolution No. 96/113 WHEREAS, Bob Andrews has been a dedicated and faithful employee with Shell Oil Company for the past thirty-five years, willingly relocating to Louisiana, California, The Netherlands and Texas; and WHEREAS, Bob Andrews has done an exemplary job of leading and directing the billion dollar Clean Fuels Project at Shell Oil's Martinez Complex, maintaining an enviable safety record and because of his leadership nearly $2 million in sales tax for Contra Costa County and the City of Martinez was ensured; and WHEREAS, Bob Andrews has become a respected, loved, and well-known personality in his community because of his continuing concern and support of all of the citizens of Martinez and Contra Costa County; and WHEREAS, Bob Andrews will retire in the Bay Area, he will still maintain his warm and folksy Texas attitudes and most importantly his Texas accent; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County does hereby honor, commend, and congratulate R.F. (BOB) ANDREWS upon his retirement from Shell Oil Company, and wish him many years of successful fishing!
