Sta u my c�STa coon`�'t DATE: March 12, 1996 SUBJECT: LEASE - 910 COURT STREET, MARTINEZ SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. RECOMMENDED ACTION APPROVE a Lease commencing March 1, 1996, with John E. Griffin and Helen Griffin, for the premises at 910 Court Street, Martinez, California, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease on behalf of the County. DETERMINE that the above project is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15061 (b) (3) of Chapter 3 of the State CEQA Guidelines. DIRECT the Community Development Department to FILE a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT Payments required are to come from the budget of the General Services Department. III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS / BACKGROUND Provide office space as requested by the Public Defender to replace office space being vacated at 659 Main Street, Martinez.
