TRAFFIC RESOLUTION NO. 3710
ABSTAIN: Supervisorial District I
SUBJECT: Pursuant to Section 21101(b) of the California Vehicle Code, Declaring
Stop Intersection at Colusa Avenue and Colusa Circle, Kensington Area.
The Contra Costa Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that:
On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and recommendations thereon by the
County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to
County Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 - 46-2.012, the following traffic regulation is
established (and other action taken as indicated):
Pursuant to Section 21101(b) of the California Vehicle Code, the inter-
section of Colusa Avenue (Road No. 1452), at the Colusa Circle, Ken-
sington, is hereby declared to be a stop intersection and all vehicles
traveling in both directions, shall stop before entering said intersection.
