The Sheriff was requested to report at the July 18, 1995, meeting. PC.2 Al Simmons, African American Group Home Association, 2936 Linden Avenue, Berkeley 94705, spoke on the placement of back children in foster and/or residential care homes of the same ethnicity. PC. 3 Faye M. Crosley, African American Group Home Association, 2919 Mullins Drive, Richmond, requested support for a change in the placement policy for black children. Supervisor Smith advised that this issue is on referral to the Family and Human Services Committee. PC. 4 Bob Johnson, (no address given) expressed concern with the lack of regulation of mobile vendors, particularly in the East County area.
