SUBJECT: AMENDMENT.TO LEASE - 3052 WILLOW PASS ROAD, CONCORD
SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION
APPROVE an Amendment to Lease, commencing June 1, 1995, with the Willow Glen
Office Building Partnership for the premises at 3052 Willow Pass Road, Concord, for
continued use by the Health Services Department, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Amendment to Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of
General Services to EXECUTE the Amendment on behalf of the County.
DETERMINE that the above project is a Class 1 Categorical Exemption under the
California Environmental Quality Act.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the Health Services Department. The
term expires May 31, 1996.
Ill. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
Provide office space as required by the Health Services Department for the Concord
Health Center.
